RPG NPC Character Portrait Pack (Free)

Following up on my RPG Character Classes Portrait Pack, I’m excited to share the NPC Portrait Pack — designed to expand your game’s world with everyday characters that players will meet outside of battle.

While the first pack focused on the heroes and adventurers, this one brings life to the towns, villages, and communities your players explore. These portraits are perfect for dialogue boxes, quest-givers, shopkeepers, and background characters who make your world feel lived-in.

Inside the pack you’ll find six NPC archetypes, each with both male and female versions:

•  Child
• Elder
• Merchant
• Innkeeper
• Villager

That’s a total of 12 portraits, crafted to complement the class portraits and give you a cohesive art style across your project.
